How yummy is this?  Carrot Cake Fudge with a cream cheese frosting!!
 
The fudge itself is something I tasted when Don and I were in Canada this summer, it is fabulous....the cream cheese frosting has cream cheese (of course,) white chocolate and marshmallow cream!  I don't know about you, but just like my signature truffle, nothing is better then a piece of carrot cake!!
